Eligibility:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Oniichan. You may be eligible to return or exchange only if the article is damaged or of the wrong size, under the following conditions:
- You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange request.
- The item(s) must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Return Process:
- To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at Contact@onii-chan.in with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
- Once your return request is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to return the item(s) to us. Process will be initiated within 5 – 7 days after the approval
- Please securely package the item(s) and ship them back to us using a trackable shipping method. We recommend retaining proof of postage for your records.
Refunds:
- Upon receipt of the returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria outlined above.
- If the return is approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase, minus any applicable restocking fees or return shipping costs.
- Please allow 7 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account, depending on your financial institution’s processing times.
Exchanges:
- If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please indicate your preference when contacting us to initiate the return.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is out of stock, we will issue a refund for the returned item(s) instead.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund.
- We may request photo evidence of the damage or defect to expedite the resolution process.
Non-Refundable Items:
- Certain items may be non-refundable or non-returnable for hygiene reasons, including but not limited to underwear, swimwear, and pierced jewelry.
- Gift cards and promotional items are also non-refundable.
